The following shows our attendee fees, cancellation policies and where/how to send your payment.
Full Conference Pass (In-person) attendance (excludes any special sessions/workshops) includes hands-on sessions, meals, vendor expo, breakout sessions and roundtables. – $345 ($295 early bird by Feb 5)
Full Conference Pass (Virtual) attendance (excludes any special sessions/workshops) includes breakout sessions, roundtables, and vendor expo. – $245
Attendee Expo Only Pass includes access to the Expo only, on Monday afternoon/evening. This is only available as an add-on for a district staff person if someone else from the district is attending the entire event. (We understand that not everyone from the district can attend the entire event, so this is a way to allow an additional person/people to attend the expo if they feel that is valuable for them.) - $95
No single day passes are available.
Hotel accommodations are NOT included with your registration fees. A block of rooms has been reserved at the Kalahari Resort & Convention Center and other surrounding hotels. Online reservations will be available with the various hotels once event registration opens.
Does NOT include any other parts of the conference (Expo, meals, sessions, etc.). This registration is designed for presenters who will only attend their speaking session and then leave.
VENDORS should only choose this option if they will NOT be involved with the Expo and are only presenting!
Online signup for Speaker Only is not available. Please send request to firstname.lastname@example.org and you will be contacted by our staff to get you signed up.
If you must cancel for any reason you must notify us in writing at least 30 days before the conference. Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable. There are no refunds for non-attendance.
Refunds are based on the level of registration:
In the event that we need to pivot to 100% virtual, in-person registrations will be given an equivalent virtual registration pass/booth/sponsorship. Any difference in price will be applied to your account to use at any future BrainStorm event.
You may transfer your registration to another person by providing authorization to us at this address: email@example.com. Confirmed and paid attendees who do not attend or who cancel after the deadline are liable for the entire fee.
In the unlikely event of cancellation of the conference, the liability of BrainStorm is limited to the return of paid registration fees minus actual expenses. Cancellations of travel reservations and hotel reservations made directly with the hotel are the responsibility of the attendee.
Payments do not include hotel accommodations.
Hotel accommodations must be made separately with the Kalahari or another local hotel.
Purchase orders – We do not accept POs as payment. If your organization requires a PO, please include check with PO when sending to BrainStorm. The automatic email confirmation is your invoice.
